Clear Practices That Support Resolution
Professional Credit Reporting Solutions
At Denali Management Group, we are committed to working with you to resolve your debt and to providing clear information so you can make informed decisions. This includes transparency around how and when we report accounts to the credit reporting agencies.
When Credit Reporting Begins
We will not begin reporting eligible accounts to the credit reporting agencies until 90 days after the date on our initial notice. This timeframe gives you the opportunity to:
Review your account
Consider available options
Work with us toward a possible resolution
You can log in to your account to view the “Initial Notice” date or contact us directly if you have questions.
Account Resolution and Reporting Status
If your account is already being reported, it will be considered resolved once your final payment successfully posts. At that time, we will report the account as:
Paid in full, or
Paid in full for less than the full balance,
Depending on the terms of your agreement. This updated status reflects that you have fulfilled your repayment arrangement with us.
Tradeline Deletion After Final Payment
Within approximately 30 days of your final payment successfully posting, we will request that the credit reporting agencies delete our tradeline related to your account from your credit bureau report.
If, for any reason, the final payment is canceled or reversed and your account remains eligible to be reported, we may continue to report information about your account until it is properly resolved.
Regulatory Reporting Timeframes
In accordance with credit reporting regulations, we are required to delete our tradeline seven years after the original date of delinquency, regardless of whether the account is paid or unpaid. This ensures that account information does not remain on your credit report indefinitely.
